- ငါ ညစာချက်တော့မယ် မင်းတစ်ခုခု စားချင်လား။

2. He’s about to call you, so keep your phone handy.
-သူက ခင်ဗျားကို ဖုန်းဆက်တော့မှာ၊ ဒီတော့ ဖုန်းကို ဘေးချိတ်ထားလိုက်ပါ။

🔥 Plans or Intentions:
3. We’re about to launch a new product next week.
- နောက်အပတ်မှာ ထုတ်ကုန်သစ်တစ်ခု စတင်တော့မယ်။

4. I was about to ask you the same question!
- ငါ မင်းကို ဒီမေးခွန်း (မင်းမေးခဲ့တဲ့မေးခွန်း) ကိုပဲ မေးတော့မလို့။

Address ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလုံးက တစ်လုံးတည်းဆိုပေမယ့် အဓိပ္ပါယ်အမျိုးမျိုးနဲ့ အသုံးပြုလို့ရပါတယ်။ တကယ်လည်း Formal စကားတွေအထိ အသုံးပြုရတဲ့ စကားလုံးလေး တစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

I. Address - Noun (နေရာ၊ လိပ်စာ)
လူတစ်ဉီး တစ်ယောက်၊ အဆောက်အအုံတစ်ခု ရဲ့ နေရာ (သို့) လိပ်စာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Examples:
1. What is your home address?
- သင့်အိမ်လိပ်စာက ဘာလဲ။
(Asking for the location of where someone lives.)

2. Please send the package to this address: No.123, Hledan street, Kamayut, Yangon.
- ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ အထုပ်ကို ဤ (No.123, Hledan street, Kamayut, Yangon) လိပ်စာသို့ ပေးပို့ပါ။
(Giving the location for delivery.)

3. I need to update my address on my driver's license.
- ကျွန်တော် လိုင်စင်ပေါ်က လိပ်စာကို ပြောင်းဖို့လိုပါတယ်။
(Changing the location information on an official document.)

II. Address - Noun (မိန့်ခွန်း၊ Formal Speech)
တစ်စုံတစ်ယောက်ကို ညွှန်ကြားတဲ့ မိန့်ခွန်း (သို့) Formal Speech ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Examples:
1. The president gave an address to the nation.
- သမ္မတက နိုင်ငံတော်သို့ မိန့်ခွန်းပြောကြားသည်။
(The president made a formal speech to the country.)

2. Her graduation address inspired everyone.
- သူမရဲ့ ဘွဲ့နှင်းသဘင် မိန့်ခွန်းက လူတိုင်းကို စိတ်အားတက်ကြွစေပါသည်။။
(Her speech at the graduation ceremony was motivating.)

III. Address - Verb (ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းသည်၊ ဆွေးနွေးသည်)
ပြဿနာတစ်ခု၊ ကိစ္စတစ်ခု၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် အကြောင်းအရာတစ်ခုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းသည် (သို့) ဆွေးနွေးသည်။

Examples:
1. The manager will address the issue during the meeting.
- မန်နေဂျာက အစည်းအဝေးမှာ ဒီပြဿနာကို ဆွေးနွေးမယ်။
(The manager will talk about or solve the problem.)

2. We need to address the concerns of our customers.
- ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ဖောက်သည်တွေရဲ့ စိုးရိမ်မှုတွေကို ဖြေရှင်းဖို့လိုပါတယ်။
(We need to listen to and solve the customers' problems.)

3. The teacher addressed the importance of studying for the exam.
- စာမေးပွဲအတွက် စာဖတ်ခြင်းရဲ့ အရေးပါမှုကို ဆရာက ရှင်းပြတယ် (သို့) ဆွေးနွေးတယ်။
(The teacher talked about why studying is important.)

IV. Address - Verb (Formally စကားပြောသည်)
တစ်ယောက်ယောက်ကို Formally (သို့) တိုက်ရိုက် စကားပြောသည်။

Examples:
1. She addressed the audience at the conference.
- သူမဟာ ညီလာခံမှာ ပရိတ်သတ်ကို စကားပြောခဲ့တယ်။
(She gave a speech to the people at the conference.)

2. Please address me as 'Dr. Smith.'
- ကျေးဇူးပြုပြီး Dr. Smith" လို့ ခေါ်ပေးပါ။
(Please call me "Dr. Smith" when speaking to me.)

3. He addressed his teacher respectfully.
- သူဆရာမကို လေးစားစွာ နှုတ်ဆက်တယ်။
(He spoke to his teacher in a polite and formal way.)
