LOVE Charoen Nakhon pet-friendly condominium, designed by Creative Crews, unveils perspectives showcasing the unobstructed Chao Phraya River view and accentuating the spatial quality of the amenities designed for everyday living.

The project is ready to welcome guests for its very first presale and visit this March!

Exciting milestone! 🎉 Our design project, AIA Connect, has officially reached its topping-off stage and is getting ready to open in the heart of Ratchadaphisek!

AIA Thailand also appointed CBRE Thailand, a leading real estate consultancy, as its Principal Leasing Partner, with the team joining the ceremony and commending the building's thoughtfully designed “Home-Inspired Workplace” concept and world-class pre-certifications. ✨

Architecture by Creative Crews for Sansiri, LOVE Charoen Nakhon is envisioned as a timeless, sustainable condominium that supports wellbeing, welcomes pets, and celebrates the concept of 'loving life'.

Its thoughtful blend of Metabolist design and the surrounding Japanese landscape creates a place that warms the modern–traditional heart — just as it inspired us. 📐💡
