Chica Private Family Club House: A place for grandpa, grandma, daughters and three little girls

The private family clubhouse is an extension of the main house at the Chica Rama 2 housing estate. The most important is to design a space that fits all ages, from little girls 7 years old to grandpa 80 years old—a place for family gathering space for a large extended family. The design language has a simple touch from the outside with a heartwarming atmosphere and quality daylight in the interior space. All eyesight angles to look after kids in the swimming pool are part of the designer’s concern.

Finally, our housing design project under GIZ – German Agency for International Cooperation aims for a livable future has been built in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It took several years since 2017 of experience in every step of this project development. Thank you to the GIZ who gave us an opportunity to address the power of architectural design that would be able to reach out to other communities across any borders. We are very proud.

Esse 36 condominium interior design for 1 bedroom, toilet, kitchen. The space is a real challenge to create a comfortable space for one small space. We use a lot of reflective surfaces to enlarge space, combining with a dark tone of wood to create a warm touch.

Creating A State of Well-Being for A Mixed-Use Building In Ayutthaya
To create a building that suits the tropical climate of Thailand, shading and natural ventilation are the two main focuses. However, this particular project has another problematic factor in dealing with, which is the location. The project site parallel with the superhighway in the industries zone has a high noise and air pollution level. Therefore, the appropriate solution for the design is trying to block out all kinds of pollutions by using the concrete slab shading-devise, which covers over 90.2% of the façade that facing the main road. On the other hand, the center of the building has a natural courtyard to increase the daylight and natural ventilation. Moreover, the straightforward simplicity of the exterior of the building would create the unexpected nature atmosphere hidden in the center of the building.

Leather product display for “TACTUS” in Thailand Architect Expo 2022. The design addresses the variety of upholstery products. The architecture of the display allows the visitors to experience a sense of touch with the Oil / Aniline leather. Tactus is a company under the Kongsiri tannery group which focuses on supplying leather for interior designer commission work for hotel and hospitality projects. The simplicity of the wooden hanging line supports the variation in texture and color of the leather plane. It allows the designer to visualize their designs based on the variety of leather products from the manufacturer.

Unexpected has been working for Kongsiri group for the display design since 2001 for the participation in international leather fairs such as IMM Cologne-Germany, Lineapelle Fair in Bologna-Italy, Hongkong, and Shanghai-China.
