"D**g Dang” noodles, a menu with a strange name, is Chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam's signature dish from Baan Tepa, a Two MICHELIN Starred restaurant from the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2024. The special feature of this dish is the noodles made with a special flour from Khao Hom Kradung-Nga that gives out smoky aroma, and chewy texture. Chef said, “This menu is the best reflection of chef’s personality.”

How well do you know about the MICHELIN Key?

The 'MICHELIN Key' is a distinction given to outstanding hotels around the world. First introduced in the MICHELIN Guide 2024, the key will be awarded with 1-3 keys.

The selection criteria for hotels with the ‘MICHELIN Key' symbol are as follows:
1. Excellent architecture and interior design
2. Quality and consistency of service
3. Overall personality and character
4. Value for money
5. The connection between locality and hotel

The hotel that received 3 MICHELIN keys is considered the highest honour in the MICHELIN Guide. Currently, only 24 hotels in France have won 3 MICHELIN keys.
