FINAL CALL TO ALL DANCERS!

World ballet day is paused this year until 2025 and we’ll be putting together a video in lieu of the usual livestreams featuring dancers and students of all ages and skill levels.

We need some footage of YOU, the ballet nerds, in daily class, rehearsal, or whatever else your school/company is working on this season.

If you’d like to participate, there is a form linked in our bio where you can sign up for further instructions! (Thank you to all those who have filled out a form already, don’t forget to submit your video before the 20th)

**Form submission deadline has been EXTENDED until Friday, October 18, 2024, so there is still time!

We are so excited to what y’all are rehearsing and working on this season and to celebrate world ballet day with all of you!

Ladies and Gentlemen, it has come to our sad attention that the wonderful World Ballet Day streaming event is paused this year until 2025 😭😭 So many of us look forward to celebrating this special event; watching the live broadcasts, admiring our favorite dancers, and connecting with our fellow ballet nerds worldwide.

In light of this (devastating) news, we need your help, dancers, to bring the ballet community together this year on November 2nd, 2024.

We hereby raise you: World Ballet [nerd] Day 2024.

With World Ballet [nerd] Day (WBnD), we want to open the opportunity for dancers of all ages and skill levels in all parts of the world to share their love for ballet with a global audience. We will be putting together a video of what ballet nerds all around the world (you) are working on for the upcoming season.

To all of our dancers reading this, no matter your age and skill level, we encourage you to join us for World Ballet [nerd] Day! If you or your school is interested in sharing what you are rehearsing, fill out the application form linked below. Application deadline is October 14, 2024.
