Recruitment Officer

ลักษณะงาน:

-Responsible for end-end in recruitment functions such as job advertising, sourcing, phone interviewing, reference checking, employment contract in order to get the right candidate in timeline period.
-Coordinate with Hiring Manager and concern department for the interview arrangement, test and etc.
-Other related works as assignments.

คุณสมบัติ:
-Aged below 30years old
-Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management,
-Business Administration, PoliticalScience, or other related fields
-Minimum 2 yearsworking experiences in recruiting
-Excellentmanagement skills and English communication skills
-Have a passion for searching talented candidates via search engines, social networks, and possible ways.

- สามารถสอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างเข้าใจ + มีเทคนิคการสอน ตามระดับชั้นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย: ประถม, ม. ต้น, ม. ปลาย
- ช่วยวางแผนและออกแบบหลักสูตร หรือ กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ให้ตรงและได้ผลตามวัตถุประสงค์ของผู้เรียน
- ช่วยส่งเสริม หรือ กระตุ้นการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียน ให้มีผลการเรียนที่ดีขึ้น รวมถึงสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
อายุ 25-30 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
จบปริญญาตรี เอกภาษาอังกฤษ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีผลคะแนนสอบ TOEIC ไม่ต่ำกว่า 900 หรือ IELTS 7.5 / CEFR ระดับ C1-C2
มีความเป็นผู้นำ วางแผนงานได้ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนหรือวางแผนการเรียน อย่างน้อย 1 ปี

We're looking for an '𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿'
Remuneration:
Salary starts from 35k to 50k per month.
(Must be excellent in one of the subjects: Math, Physics, Psychology,Chemistry, Biology,Programming) ⁣

Responsibilities: ⁣
- Understand the goal and personalized needs of parents and student⁣
- Manage Personalised Study Plan for students in care⁣
- Coordinate resources within organisations for the benefit of students' learning⁣
- Assign test and assessment of student’s learning progress⁣
- Feedback students' work submission (reading assignment, essays, vocabulary work and etc)⁣
- Coach (according to subject expertise; Math, Physics,Psychology,Chemistry and Biology,Programming) and Motivate students in care⁣

Qualifications:⁣
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering or related fields from renowned universities⁣
- GPA recommended 3.5 or higher⁣
- High Responsibility and Punctuality⁣
- Have good English skills⁣
- Must be an IGCSE and/or A-Level certificate holder.
An A/8 or above will in IGCSE and/or A-Level would be an advantage.
- Love and possess positive attitude for teaching and care, as well as determination to follow through students’ learning results⁣
