最近看到很多廣告。

買房送壁紙。
買房送冷氣。
買房送家具。
買房送家電。
買房送這個、送那個。

送到最後，好像不是在賣房子，也不是在賣設計。

而是在賣贈品。

有趣的是，

一邊用「精緻」、「高端」、「品味」當標題，

另一邊卻在計算到底要送多少東西，才能讓客戶下訂。

真正的設計，從來不是靠贈品堆出來的。

因為好的空間價值來自：

光線怎麼進來、
動線怎麼流動、
比例怎麼舒服、
材質怎麼老去、
家具怎麼陪伴生活十年。

而不是牆上多貼幾卷壁紙。

如果一個空間的核心價值，
需要靠「送三萬塊的壁紙」來證明，

那麼值得討論的可能不是優惠有多大，

而是設計本身到底剩下多少價值。

真正高端的客戶買單的，

從來不是贈品。

而是專業。

因為他們知道：

便宜的東西最貴，
