Surprised a hospital not a developer bought over our neighbor.
With the price of land going up on Wireless, I can only speculate it will be a medical suites with luxury rooms for their well heeled foreign & local patients.

After selling the earlier portion to Central Group where Central Embassy now stands the British government is putting up for sale the remainder of it's embassy grounds on Wireless Road. Estimated at THB2 million per square wa and a unit at Sansiri's 98 Wireless just went for THB750,000psm. Prices of Wireless are setting records. Which makes Life One @ Wireless seem like a bargain when launched.
