เราใช้ Uji matcha จากเกียวโต🇯🇵 ราดลงบนซอฟต์ครีมสดฝรั่งเศส มี Basque burnt cheesecake หอมกลิ่นเบิร์นอ่อนๆ ตัดความกรุบกรอบด้วยชีสทาร์ทหอมเนยเค็มที่เราอบเอง ตักกินสลับกับเค้กเนยสดฝรั่งเศสหั่นชิ้นสามเหลี่ยม พอตักกินรวมกันแล้วครบรส ทั้งหวานมันเค็มขมปลายๆ สนุกกับ texture หลากหลาย กินแล้วเหมือนได้แวะไปเที่ยวเมืองเล็กในญี่ปุ่นและฝรั่งเศสพร้อมๆกัน :))
