Our friends at Easy Burger just rolled out their first 2023 special, and it's a good one!

Inspired by Chicago’s Italian beef sandwich; The Untouchable comes with a smashed dry aged beef patty, Provolone cheese, our Bangkok Giardiniera, garlic mayo and “au jus” style gravy dip (made with Sloane's beef stock).

Dip the burger in the au jus and enjoy the beef symphony 🌶️ 🥕🧀 🧄 🥦 🥩👌🏼

Looking for an amazing drink to treat your guests to on New Year's Eve?

Look no further, here's the 'Pickled Pineapple Sangria' 🎉 🍍🍷

Approx. 10 glasses.

▪️Ingredients:

1 apple (cored, skin on, chopped into small pieces)

Our Pickled Pineapple (add a similar amount as the apples, including some pieces of cinnamon and cloves)

5 tbsp cane sugar

1.5 cups of orange juice

2/3 cup of brandy

2x 750ml bottles Merlot (or other fruity red wine)

▪️Instructions:

Add apples, pineapple and sugar to a large pitcher and muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon.

Add orange juice and brandy and muddle again to combine.

Add red wine and stir to incorporate, then taste and adjust flavor as needed. Add more brandy, orange juice and sugar if needed.

Stir to combine.

Add ice and stir once more to chill. Garnish with pineapple pieces and serve as is, or with soda if you prefer some bubbles.

Can be kept refrigerated for up to 48 hrs.
