✨ On June 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM, the Policy and Planning Division, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, held a meeting to clarify the preparation of Category 7 outcome details according to the Educational Performance Excellence (EdPEx) criteria for the 2025 academic year for host units. The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Policy and Planning Division (Mr. Sonthaya Charoensiri).
🎯 The purpose of this meeting was to clarify the guidelines and create understanding regarding the preparation of Category 7 outcome details according to the EdPEx criteria for the 2025 academic year for host units. This ensures that the data preparation is consistent, accurate, complete, and can be effectively used in the university's educational quality assessment.

The meeting was chaired by the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham).

✨ เมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 13.00–16.00 น. กองนโยบายและแผน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา จัดโครงการสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการองค์กรด้วย OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) โดยได้รับเกียรติจากอธิการบดี (รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชุติกาญจน์ ศรีวิบูลย์) เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ และรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายแผนงานและประกันคุณภาพ (รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิทยา เมฆขำ) เป็นประธานดำเนินงาน

👉 โครงการดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.วิชัย ลิมปิติกรานนท์ เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ แนวคิด และแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบ OKRs เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการองค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ โดยมีผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ซักถามข้อสงสัย และศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานจริง

✨ การจัดโครงการครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทาในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรด้วยแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการสมัยใหม่ มุ่งเน้นการกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน การติดตามผลลัพธ์อย่างเป็นระบบ และการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับ SDG 4 การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ (Quality Education) ในด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร

นอกจากนี้ การนำ OKRs มาเป็นเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ยังสอดคล้องกับ SDG 16 สันติภาพ ความยุติธรรม และสถาบันที่เข้มแข็ง (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) ผ่านการพัฒนาระบบบริหารงานที่มุ่งเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ ความโปร่งใส การใช้ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจ และส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศ รวมถึงสอดคล้องกับ SDG 17 ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Partnerships for the Goals) จากการเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรทุกภาคส่วนได้มีส่วนร่วมในการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่การพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

📌 Elevating Organizational Management Towards Strategic Goals with OKRs 📌

✨ On June 9, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Policy and Planning Division of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University organized a project to build knowledge and understanding of organizational management using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The project was inaugurated by the President (Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Srivibul) and chaired by the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham).

👉 Dr. Wichai Limpitikranon served as the speaker, sharing knowledge, concepts, and guidelines for applying the OKRs system to enhance organizational management efficiency in line with strategic goals. Executives, faculty, and staff participated in the knowledge exchange, asked questions, and studied practical applications that can be implemented in real-world work.

✨ This project reflects Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's role in driving the organization with modern management concepts, focusing on setting clear goals, systematically monitoring results, and developing the potential of its personnel. This aligns with SDG 4, Quality Education, in terms of promoting lifelong learning and developing the potential of personnel.

Furthermore, using OKRs as a strategic management tool aligns with SDG 16, Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, through the development of a results-oriented management system, transparency, data-driven decision-making, and the promotion of an organizational culture focused on excellence. It also aligns with SDG 17, Partnerships for the Goals, by providing opportunities for administrators, faculty, and personnel from all sectors to participate in knowledge exchange to jointly drive the university towards sustainable development.

✨On June 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Quality Assurance and Knowledge Management Division, Policy and Planning Department, will hold a training activity on “Review of the Process and Techniques for Internal Quality Assessment of Educational Programs at the AUN-QA Level” (SSRU AUN-QA Assessor & Calibration). Associate Professor Kanita Tangkananurak, Assistant to the President for Quality Development and Database Systems, Kasetsart University, will be the guest speaker.
👉Objectives: To create a shared understanding in the assessment process and to raise the standards of internal quality assessors at the university's program level, ensuring quality and compliance with international standards.

📌SSRU OKR-MS System Training📌

✨ On June 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the System Development and Performance Evaluation Division, Policy and Planning Department, held a training session on the SSRU OKR-MS (Objectives and Key Results Management System) via Google Meet for personnel from the Udon Thani Education Center and the Samut Songkhram Campus Office. The training was presided over by the Director of the Policy and Planning Department (Mr. Sonthaya Charoensiri).

👉 The SSRU OKR-MS system is designed for real-time monitoring of progress towards key results (KRs) and important activities of the organization. It focuses on evidence-based evaluation and supports continuous monthly progress tracking to improve management efficiency and drive university achievement.

ภายหลังการนำระบบ SSRU OKR-MS ไปใช้งาน มหาวิทยาลัยสามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงานจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างเป็นปัจจุบัน ลดขั้นตอนการจัดทำรายงานในรูปแบบเอกสาร และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ ส่งผลให้การตัดสินใจเชิงนโยบายของผู้บริหารอยู่บนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและทันต่อสถานการณ์มากยิ่งขึ้น ขณะเดียวกันยังช่วยสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ การรับผิดชอบต่อเป้าหมาย และการประเมินผลจากหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์
นอกจากนี้ ระบบ SSRU OKR-MS ยังถูกออกแบบให้รองรับการเชื่อมโยงตัวชี้วัดกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของมหาวิทยาลัย ทำให้สามารถติดตามความก้าวหน้าของการดำเนินงานด้าน SDGs ในระดับหน่วยงานและระดับสถาบันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อันเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยสู่ความยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
การดำเนินงานดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับ SDG 9 ด้านอุตสาหกรรม นวัตกรรม และโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ผ่านการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารจัดการองค์กรสมัยใหม่ สอดคล้องกับ SDG 16 ด้านสถาบันที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้ ผ่านการติดตามผลการดำเนินงานด้วยข้อมูลและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และสอดคล้องกับ SDG 17 ด้านความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการบูรณาการการทำงานร่วมกันของทุกหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายยุทธศาสตร์และเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนร่วมกัน
ทั้งนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทามุ่งพัฒนาระบบ SSRU OKR-MS ให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการบริหารผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร และเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการยกระดับธรรมาภิบาล ประสิทธิภาพองค์กร และการขับเคลื่อนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม"

📌Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Drives Organizational Management with SSRU OKR-MS System, Enhancing Governance and Performance Monitoring Towards Sustainability📌

✨ On June 4, 2026, the System Development and Performance Evaluation Division, Policy and Planning Department, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, held a training session on the use of the SSRU OKR-MS (Objectives and Key Results Management System) for academic and support staff throughout the university. Mr. Sonthaya Charoensiri, Director of the Policy and Planning Department, presided over the opening ceremony.

👉 This initiative is part of the development of a digital-technology-based organizational management system to enhance the real-time online monitoring of university strategic performance. It links the operational goals of all departments to university-level indicators, enabling administrators to systematically, transparently, and verifiably track progress, key results, and empirical evidence of operations.

Following the implementation of the SSRU OKR-MS system, the university can collect up-to-date performance data from various departments, reduce the need for paper-based reporting, and increase the efficiency of strategic plan monitoring. This results in more informed and timely policy decisions by administrators, while simultaneously fostering a results-oriented and accountable organizational culture. And the evaluation is based on empirical evidence.
Furthermore, the SSRU OKR-MS system is designed to support the linkage of indicators with the university's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), enabling effective monitoring of progress in SDG implementation at the departmental and institutional levels. This is a crucial mechanism for driving the university's long-term sustainability.
This operation aligns with SDG 9 on industry, innovation, and infrastructure, through the development of a modern organizational management information system; with SDG 16 on efficient, transparent, and accountable institutions, through performance monitoring using data and empirical evidence; and with SDG 17 on partnerships for sustainable development, through the integration of work among all departments within the university to drive strategic goals and sustainable development goals together.
Suwan Sunandha Rajabhat University aims to develop the SSRU OKR-MS system into a central hub for organizational performance management and a key tool for enhancing governance, organizational efficiency, and driving sustainable development goals in a tangible way.

📌 Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and MCOT Public Company Limited 📌

✨ On May 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM, the Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (Associate Professor Dr. Wittaya Mekkham), assigned by the President (Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriwibul), presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and MCOT Public Company Limited. The objective is to foster cooperation, promote and support student skill development, produce manpower in creative activities and communication, and in various recording industries, in line with the government's policy of promoting the communication business. Dr. Yada Kasayapanan, Acting Managing Director, was also a signatory.
