That way the owners can post and promote their space to a large audience, and advertisers can looks for the right space which meets their requirement. Offers for contracts can be managed easily, as owners can get summaries of contracts from the advertisers which make it easier to manage and compare between offers. For advertisers, it gives a common space to research for ad space, and can give multiple offers to different owners without having to do field research. Ultimately, we want a community where negotiations can occur efficiently with owners having the minimal time for black ad spaces and for advertisers to find the best location at the best space. So at PASS facebook, we encourage owners to post the picture of their locations, the details of their space and invite advertisers to contact the owners. We want to see Bangkok with no black Ad spaces!
