S115 House / Sukhumvit 115

S115 House is a contemporary home office located in Sukhumvit 115, Bangkok. The project is developed on a remaining family-owned plot with an irregular, angled geometry, which became the primary driver of the architectural concept.

Rather than imposing a conventional form, the building mass is shaped in response to the site’s diagonal boundaries, maximizing usable space while creating a distinctive architectural identity. The ground floor is designed as a professional office, ensuring privacy and a clear separation from the residential function above, while the second floor accommodates the living quarters for everyday life.

The architectural expression emphasizes simplicity and precision. A muted smoke-grey exterior establishes a calm and restrained backdrop, contrasted by a gold-toned aluminum composite panel at the front façade. This element acts as a focal point, introducing an artistic layer and subtle elegance without excessive ornamentation.

150H is a compact 150-sqm home designed to deliver complete functionality within a modest footprint.

The key idea focuses on maximizing livability by integrating a central green courtyard, where a tree rises through the heart of the house. This feature provides natural views from the living room and bedroom, creating an airy and uplifting atmosphere that eliminates any sense of confinement.
With its clean, contemporary minimalist architecture, the house stands out from the surrounding older neighborhood, presenting a refreshing identity that is calm, simple, and modern—an expression of minimal living in a perfectly balanced space.

Circulate House is a contemporary residence organized around a central swimming-court courtyard. The architectural form encloses the inner space for enhanced privacy, while patterned brick screens and cast-concrete walls filter light and introduce refined visual depth throughout the home.
