Candy Crepe

One of the most famous and highly raved snacks in Thailand, Roti Saimai originated in the ancient capital city of Thailand, Ayudhaya. In a traditional recipe, the delicate candy floss strands are actually pulled sugar, and the strands can be found in a rainbow of colors. Ours floss is, however, specially formulated to balance the level of sweetness to satisfy your palate even more! The crepe is fairly thin, and the color green comes from the pandan leaf (also known as pandanus leaf) which is a delicacy in South East Asia. Candy Crepe has sourced the best traditional recipe that gained the highest popularity of all ever created. Our reinvention of the traditional recipe results in wonderful flavors that are never too sweet. The soft rolls are soft and chewy, and the candy floss melts in your mouth! Just pile the floss onto the crepe, and roll it up.
