ไม่ได้กลับไปแถวซอยนานา เยาวราช มาสักพักแล้ว วันก่อนแวะไป Independence Cocktail Bar ก็พบว่ามีการปรับไดเรคชั่นใหม่หมดจด ในตีม The E-Sarn Essence เน้นเครื่องดื่มที่ใช้วัตถุดิบจากภาคอีสานของเราเป็นหลัก ไม่ว่าจะเป็น แจ่วบอง จาก ชัยภูมิ หรือข้าวคั่ว จาก นครพนม

เราไปหลายคน เลยได้ลอง Ou My Gosh! หรือจะเรียกว่าเป็น punch bowl สไตล์อีสานก็ได้ หลาย ๆ คนอาจจะยังไม่เคยเห็นเหล้าอุ ที่จะมาในไหเล็ก ๆ เป็นข้าวหมักผสมแกลบ กรรมวิธีในการดื่มก็จะต้องมีการเติมน้ำหรือโซดาเข้าไปก่อนดื่ม เมนูนี้ ทางร้านก็ได้นำเอาเหล้าอุมาผสมกับน้ำตะไคร้โซดา และ เหล้าใบเตย เพิ่มความหอมหวานเข้าไป

และใครที่จะไปบาร์ฮ็อปแถวนั้นช่วงนี้ ก็มีกิจกรรมพิเศษให้ได้ร่วมชาเลนจ์ด้วย กับกิจกรรม “8 Cocktails Challenge” แห่งซอยนานา-เยาวราช เริ่มตั้งแต่วันนี้ จนถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2024

กติกาง่าย ๆ หากใครดื่มครบ 8 แก้วรับ bottled cocktail กลับบ้านไปเลย โดยไม่ต้องจบภายในคืนเดียว กลับมาเก็บวันหลังก็ได้นะฮะ ขอแค่ภายใน 2024 และมีรางวัลพิเศษสำหรับผู้จบคนแรกอีกด้วย สำหรับค็อกเทลทั้งแปด รายละเอียดตามด้านล่างนี้ ไปเก็บกันได้เลย
