Meditation is an important part of my life that I must have and practice for my entire lifetime.

Because this is a way to take care of the mind from its root cause—cleansing mental clutter in a lasting way, without spending a single penny. But you have to do it yourself to truly understand it.

I am also just a human being, still experiencing love, greed, anger, and delusion. Still attached to the world, still wanting to travel, still wanting to eat—it is all normal.

But when I realized that this is what truly improves my life, I became more disciplined in practicing it, because it really matters to me.
