Crunchy chocolate chip and almond cookies.
This recipe i used 70%dark chocolate from Peru and French butter (President Brand), Cane sugar and organic almond.
I found this is a perfect recipe i have ever done.
For sure, it took more than fifty times. That was quite a lot.

Flour 250 g
Baking powder 8 g
Baking soda 5 g
Butter 150 g
Cane sugar 115 g
Caster sugar 30 g
70% Dark chocolate 120 g
Almond 70 g
Egg 1

Bake 175 c, 15 mins.
