The courts were on fire for our DataX Badminton Challenge 2026! ⚡️
It was awesome seeing everyone swap keyboards for rackets. With 6 random teams, we stepped outside our usual work circles, collaborated on the fly, and pushed each other to raise the bar. From tactical huddles to intense rallies, every match reflected what DataX is all about collaboration that brings us together, and excellence that drives us to give our best.
More than just a game, this was team-driven energy in action supporting one another, adapting quickly, and winning (and laughing) as one. Moments like these show that at DataX, we don’t just work as a team, we compete, grow, and succeed together.

Thai AI safety shouldn’t be an afterthought.
We’re introducing ThaiSafetyBench, a benchmark designed to evaluate safety in Thai Large Language Models. Built to reflect real-world risks, ThaiSafetyBench covers culturally grounded, linguistically nuanced, and high-risk scenarios specific to Thai contexts.
From harmful instructions to sensitive social topics, this benchmark helps uncover how LLMs respond and where they must improve, when deployed in the real world.
We’re making ThaiSafetyBench openly available to support safer, more responsible AI development in Thailand and beyond.

SCB DataX Joins MUICT-AST x Industry TechConnect 2026 to Share AI Insights 🚀
SCB DataX participated in the “MUICT-AST x Industry TechConnect 2026” seminar under the theme “Typhoon – Thai LLM,” hosted by the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
At the event, Warit Sirichotedumrong, Research Scientist at SCB DataX, was invited as a keynote speaker to share insights on the practical applications of Large Language Models (LLMs) in organizations.
The session highlighted how Local LLMs and Open-Source LLMs can empower organizations to securely manage their data, while also introducing “Typhoon,” a Thai-focused LLM designed to enhance language processing and operational efficiency in real-world use cases.
The seminar welcomed students, faculty members, and technology enthusiasts, serving as a platform to bridge industry expertise with academia. SCB DataX is proud to contribute to knowledge sharing and to support the development of AI capabilities in Thailand.
