Roast Level (ระดับการคั่ว): คั่วกลางค่อนเข้ม
House blend ของที่ร้านจะมีพื้นฐานสำหรับเมนูกาแฟทั้งหมด ตัวนี้จะมีความเปรี้ยวที่น้อยมาก แต่จะมีความเป็นถั่ว เครื่องเทศ และดาร์กช็อกโกแลตที่ชัด
(Low acidity, Nutty, Brown spices, Dark chocolate)
🎯 เมล็ดกาแฟในแต่ละเดือน (Seasonal beans) ก็จะเวียนไปทุกเดือน

รสชาติคล้ายไปทางส้มโอ มีความเปรี้ยวเด่น ความขมเล็กน้อย มีกลิ่นคล้ายๆ ดอกไม้สีขาว และหวานช่วงท้าย ตัวนี้จะแนะนำให้ทานเป็นอเมริกาโน่ เพื่อความชัดของรสชาติ

ปกติตัวนี้มักจะถูกนำไป Blend เพื่อสร้าง Character ของกาแฟให้มีมิติมากขึ้น แต่ทางร้านอยากให้ลูกค้าได้ลองแบบเพียวๆ ซึ่งตัวนี้จะมีรสชาติเปรี้ยวคล้ายๆ เลม่อนช่วงต้น ตามด้วย Nutty 🥜 และ Chocolate 🍫 ดื่มเป็นอเมริกาโน่ก็สดชื่น หรือดื่มเป็นลาเต้ก็มีความ Creamy ไปอีกแบบ
(Lemon, Nutty, Dark chocolate, Round body)
🎯 สำหรับสายกาแฟ Filter
เนื่องจากที่ร้านจะคั่วเองทีละไม่มาก ดังนั้นทางร้านจะเปลี่ยนหรือเวียนไปทุกเดือนตามอารมณ์ว่าอยากกินรสชาติแบบไหน 😅😁 แต่ถ้าลูกค้าชอบตัวไหนจริงๆ สามารถสอบถามได้ครับ
