To be honest, I’ve had countless conversations with myself (yeah, I hate myself ) about whether to post this or not. But, here we are. I just wanted to share how I looked exactly 6-7 months ago.
Some of you might already know this, but last year was rough. I was deeply depressed, going through a lot, and completely let myself go. I started binge-eating junk food, messed up my sleep schedule beyond repair, and, as a result, ended up at 170 lbs with over 30% body fat. Which is crazyyyy right?XD
I’ve always been that skinny kid who never thought I’d gain weight or fat so easily. But when I finally realized what I’d done to (my body and my face), it felt like it was too late to fix anything.
As you can see in the last two photos, that’s me now. I ain’t lookmaxxing, and definitely not a hardcore gym rat (still hate myself lol).
But honestly, just tweaking your diet and hitting the gym even a little can do wonders. It’s crazy how much it can boost your confidence and even change the way your face looks.
I just wanted to show the progress I’ve worked so hard to achieve. At the end of the day, the only person capable of truly transforming your life is you, so why not give it a try?
