Insecurity often feels like something is wrong with you

things you learned about yourself from others or from your environment
So instead of fighting it or criticizing yourself
start by noticing where it might have come from
Because understanding it is the first step to loosening its hold

Emotional Regulation is not about shutting feelings down
When a panic attack starts, your system goes into survival mode.
Your body thinks you’re in danger, even if you’re not.
So the goal isn’t to stop it immediately, but to help your body feel grounded again.
Focus on something steady, like your breath or your surroundings.
And remind your system that you’re safe in this moment.

When everything feels too much, try slowing things down

Your emotions are not the problem
Anger is often seen as something negative
But it’s usually a signal that something inside doesn’t feel right
Sometimes it’s protecting hurt, overwhelmed, or unmet needs
So instead of pushing it away or judging it, try getting curious about what’s underneath
Because when anger is understood it doesn’t need to come out as strongly
