This week begins with octopus and potato carpaccio, lightly dressed with olive oil, parsley and lemon. The journey continues with mains such as linguine with Taggiasche olives, cherry tomatoes, basil and bluefin tuna sauce, or flank steak tagliata with red wine jus and spinach, evoking the sun‑soaked flavors of the Mediterranean coast.
