With everything goin on right, people in Jakarta have the right to feel angry or even hate. All those negative emotions slowly break them from within.

Most of this hate results in deep pain not just mentally and spiritually on the inside, but also manifesting as physical illness on the outside.

I just finished teaching a class at GBK Jakarta. I have been studying meditation and healing for almost 10 years, and I have realized that helping others with their self-healing journey brings me pure joy and hope.

I see many people in pain. Suffer. Many things holding them back. They looks good, powerful, strong, or even wearing a crown in, but deeply I can see they’re in pain. Pain most people can’t see.

At first, I thought people in Jakarta or Indonesia might be closed-minded about alternative healing and medicine. However, I truly believe that people and communities who trust this process are out there.My methods combine medical science, preventative wellness, Chi energy, and Tao meditation for lifestyle. These practices help you connect with your body to boost natural healing and release pain.
