We travelled south to find a partner who understands the rhythm of the sea, as well as we do in the kitchen. We discovered brown marble grouper, a rarely used gem, mostly overlooked by others.
Dry-aged, grilled gently over mangrove charcoal and served with the bright acidity of pomelo and fingerlime.

We waste nothing. Even the bones are smoked to create a creamy, delicate potage that carries the soul of the ocean.

We are looking for a chef join our team with the role of Jr. Sous Chef/R&D.

Here at SDC we work as one team—meaning that your work is about more than just food. You need to learn about everything that goes on in our restaurant and become capable of working service as a senior chef.  

You must have the desire to explore new paths and to collaborate with other creative organizations in our quest towards the unknown. Relevant work experience is a must.
 
You will need a minimum of three years of restaurant experience working in an equivalent ambitious restaurant. We need you to be professional, positive, unpretentious, and curious about everything that goes on in our wonderful industry. We place a huge emphasis on togetherness; one of the main foundations of our team culture. You should hold enough confidence to help every person around you. You strive to make your teammates better than you – you ensure that newcomers do not fall into the mistakes that you have made.
