Are you a content creator and an eloquent speaker able to present at trade shows that has a relevant Bachelor’s Degree and experience? This exciting role includes executing initiatives to promote our brand and services, ideation, ensuring brand consistency, implementing and monitoring strategies to improve awareness within our target market.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive business growth through awareness and marketing initiatives.
- Ideate creative concepts for campaigns you will execute
- Manage the company's social media presence consistently and effectively
- Content creation for external and internal communication across various communication channels
- Represent company at trade shows
- Monitor and analyse results and impact of initiatives implemented
- Ensure consistent compliance to brand guidelines across brand usage
- Co-create and implement marketing plans and strategies

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Strong background in customer service industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional creativity and innovation to conceptualise and implement impactful marketing campaigns
- Strong design and analytical skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing at tools such as Canva, photoshop etc.
