✨ Big dreams can feel overwhelming, but every journey starts with one step.
Whether you’re starting a farm or growing your business, don’t let the size of the goal hold you back. Break it down and take it step by step.
Start small. Stay consistent. Keep going.

🔥🚜 Playing it safe keeps you comfortable, but it won’t move you forward.
Ambition is about wanting more, not just for yourself, but for your family and your community.

🌾 Growing Hope: Building Safer Farms, Stronger Communities
FINCORP, together with Eswatini Sugar Association (ESA), recently hosted a 2-day Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Awareness Workshop for farmers in Siphofaneni, bringing these important conversations closer to the community.
This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to empower communities and improve lives across Eswatini.
🔎 What we covered:
✔️ Gender equality as a driver of sustainability
✔️ GBV awareness and workplace safety with the Royal Eswatini Police
✔️ How to report and resolve issues through the GRM system
✔️ The roadmap to stronger policies that protect everyone
💬 What stood out most?
Farmers in Siphofaneni showed incredible engagement, asking questions, sharing experiences, and committing to take these lessons of the day back into their homes and workplaces. Because safety at home and respect at work should never be optional.
As a nation, we must stand together and take a firm stance against gender-based violence.
