We'd love to take this moment to wish all our partners from the Eswatini Government (particularly The Deputy Prime Minister's Office Eswatini, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security-Eswatini, the Ministry of Health Eswatini and the Ministry of ICT), as well as the Royal Science and Technology Park, the Innovators Association of Eswatini - IAE, and the University Of Eswatini a very Merry Christmas holiday 🎁✨🇸🇿.

As Ummo, we were founded on the vision of a unified and conveniently accessible public service for the Eswatini Government 🇸🇿 📲

Our mission has been to build products that improve the lives of emaSwati through cost-effective, time-saving and convenient solutions that create value for various government services.

Building SkillsHub (for the Ministry of Labour & Social Security) and Lihawu (for the Ministry of Health) revealed the core challenges of the 'siloed approach'. The bottlenecks present an inevitable roadblock to true at a government level; when one system cannot function with another for the same client, we as citizens, all get frustrated.

So with the Govstack's Building Block, we're very excited to start designing and building some of the first Digital Public Infrastructure, Digital Public Goods and Building Blocks with the Royal Science and Technology Park's ecosystem of developers.

This is the future we believed in from our genesis; the future where emaSwati eTinkhundleni, emiphakatsini, nasemakhaya, can access government services right from their hands 🌱 👐 📈
