In rural areas, infrastructure plays a vital role in fostering economic growth, improving connectivity, and enhancing the overall quality of life for people. Poor unpaved road limited access to essential services like healthcare facilities, schools, markets, and other vital services. This hampers the well-being and educational prospects of rural communities.

The transformative power of paved roads now enables better connectivity, linking remote areas to urban center, neighboring towns and a key transportation networks. Now the improved accessibility fosters social development, empowering rural residents to lead more fulfilling lives. People can timely access to healthcare services, reducing morbidity rates; transportation to schools before faster and safer allow students can fostering better learning outcomes of rural youth. Farmers can transport their produce quickly, safely, minimizing post-harvest losses and improving market access. Paved roads revitalizes the agricultural sector, stimulates rural economies and promotes sustainable farming practices.

Addressing the pressing need for roads infrastructure development in is essential for unlocking their full potential. Investing into paved roads could be cost & time efficient solution. Together we can positively transform rural communities, promoting socioeconomic progress, improving quality of life, and fostering inclusive growth.

This past weekend, PB Eswatini painted and handed over a house to Babe Montana Dlamini at LaMgabhi,Bhunya. This was after an article was published in one of the local newspapers which displayed babe Dlamini's living condition. Touched by the story,the company assisted Dlamini by building him a 1 room house. The company staff was hands on in the construction and painting of their structure as we seek to promote the spirit of giving back to the community and showing compassion.

The company in partnership with various communities has continued with the donation of food hampers to the most vulnerable families in Eswatini.

PB Eswatini donated a total of 153 food parcels at Bhunya (Mbangave and Mlindazwe ) and Ntondozi community (Khalanglile, Ntondozi & KaNdinda) . These communities benefit from R17: Torgyle P.School-Lundzi and R2: Ntondozi-KaNdinda.

The exercise was led by the company's Managing Director, Mr Seow Cheng Soon.

As part of the company's CSR programme,the Managing Director, Mr Seow and PB staff donated 67 food parcels and visited vulnerable families around the Lwandle community.

The Lwandle community benefit from R9:Ngwane Park-Sidvokodvo which is under maintenance.

As Probase Eswatini we believe in the Swazi mantra "Umntfana ngumliba loya embili." It is for this reason that the company donated school furniture (90 desks & 90 chairs) and renovated two classrooms at Ezulwini Valley Primary School.

The staff led by the company's Managing Director Mr. Seow Cheng Soon assisted in the rehabilitation of the two classrooms. Addressing the parents, school staff and community members, Mr. Seow encouraged the spirit of giving back to communities especially those in need and further spread love to one's neighbour.
