In Eswatini, job prospects are unfortunately scarce. As a result, graduates and job seekers must adopt a new mindset. Instead of solely focusing on traditional employment, they must consider alternative paths to success. The question becomes: if traditional employment is not an option, what other avenues can be explored?

One way to do this is by exploring entrepreneurial ventures. With the rise of technology and the gig economy, there are countless opportunities for individuals to start their own businesses and create their own success. Additionally, pursuing freelance work or consulting can provide a flexible and lucrative career path.

In today's competitive job market, having a degree is no longer a guarantee for employment. It is essential to be proactive and creative in finding ways to utilize your education and skills.

Acidic Attitudes
Acidic employee attitudes toward other colleagues or the organisation erode both employees' career development and the success of the organisation. Employee attitudes are noticeable and in the long run, it has adverse effects that will be witnessed by both employees and the organisation. It is difficult to constitute disciplinary actions towards dealing with attitudes since there is no substantial evidence that can be produced, however, this does not warrant employees to develop attitudes despite the circumstance. It is the role of HR professionals to come up with interventions that can help deal with such acidic attitudes.
