His Majesty King Mswati III says, in 2022, the country will prioritise issues of youth empowerment by “creating an enabling empowerment environment for the youth’s innovation and creativity to flourish. His Majesty has been speaking when making his address during the State Opening of the Fourth Session of the 11 Parliament in Lobamba today.

HMK on Youth: “This year the country will accelerate efforts to continue creating an enabling empowerment environment for the youth’s innovation and creativity to flourish. It is critical that our young people are given the appropriate skills that will empower them in economic growth initiatives of all scales.”

HMK on Youth: “Our young people are encouraged to take advantage of the youth revolving and regional development funds to ensure financing of qualifying applications so that they may create more jobs for their peers.”

HMK on 2021 & Dialogue: “We ended the year with elements of division among the populace. This will not help the country move forward. As emaSwati we have a way of engagement, which is to sit down and dialogue. We now have a constitution that is a product of national consultation and it also prescribes how to go about making amendments where the need arises.”

HMK on Dialogue: “We should not sway from this route. It provides that recommended changes to the constitution can start at Sibaya, which is the ultimate decision making body of our people, then taken to Parliament for adoption and promulgated into law.”

HMK on Dialogue: “We discourage the use of force and violence to influence change as we all deserve to live in peace. It is not a crime to have diverging views but engaging in dialogue creates a better outcome for all, as every person needs advice from time to time. Let us put the country first and not push self-interests. Let us remain the peace loving emaSwati we are known to be.”

HMK on Infrastructure Rehab: “We can assure the Nation that Government and its agencies have developed a comprehensive maintenance and rehabilitation programme to restore normality as soon as reasonably possible. Government will continue with her programme of fixing the damaged roads.”

HMK on Vaccination: “I am here today proudly inoculated and as healthy as I can be. We urge those who still have doubts and fears, to put aside the myths and theories about the vaccines as they are not here to kill, but to give longer life to our Nation.”

HMK on SA Relations and Ngwenya Border: “The recent launch of the 24-hour border facility at Ngwenya Border will make travel to Eswatini more convenient. It will further enhance trade and improve the ease of doing business in Eswatini. We appreciate the good cooperation that happily exists between the Kingdom of Eswatini and the Republic of South Africa, which has made this long cherished goal, a reality.”

HMK on Food Security: “Government will continue to prioritise provision of services to the farming community to support agricultural production by providing subsidised farm inputs and tractor services to support maize production and other crops.”

HMK on Social welfare and Elderly: “In response to the vulnerability level experienced among the elderly persons, Government will introduce a universal service cover for them next financial year.”

HMK Message to Frontline Workers: “We also commend the brave and dedicated health care workers for saving many lives that could have been easily lost to COVID-19. We also thank all front-line workers who are in contact with people as they serve the Nation for remaining resilient during this time, thus keeping the services in the country running efficiently.”

HMK on HIV & AIDS: “As we continue with the fight against HIV & AIDS, let us leave no one behind and continue to work collectively. The message for 2022 and beyond is, ‘focus on the fight, not the fright-sibhekene ngco! Ne AIDS, asiyesabi.”

HMK on International Relations: “We reiterate the solemn wish of the Kingdom to strengthen relations with all countries of the world in the spirit and purpose of unity, peace, stability and co-operation, under the umbrella of the United Nations. In this regard we wish to remind emaSwati that the philosophy of ‘friend to all and enemy to none’, has been the political ethos of Eswatini since the time of our predecessors, who placed great value on a world anchored on peace, dialogue, respect and common shared values.”

HMK on the Year Ahead: “The next fiscal year provides a mixed window of challenges and opportunities to take action on a national, regional, continental and international scale. Government, the private sector and development partners can provide an enabling environment to make this possible. To achieve this, we all have to “share challenges, share resources, share opportunities and share successes.”

HMK on Year Ahead: “Finally, we wish to state that this is our season to regain what we have lost, to rebuild what has been destroyed and to restore the peace. It is our season to reconcile our differences and map a strategic way forward to revive our first world aspirations.”

Political parties to isolate Arrogant cult leader Gawuzela and SWALIMO‼️

Political organisations under the Political Parties Assembly (PPA) are fed up with former Member of Parliament Mduduzi Gawuzela Simelane and his newly-formed Swaziland Liberation Movement (SWALIMO).

Ambush Tactics

This stems from Gawuzela continuing to compete with the PPA by recruiting members of Political parties and registering them as his affiliates after paying a fee of E150.

The political parties view this as ambush tactics to steal their members and recruit them as members of SWALIMO.

They are furious that Gawuzela continues to deny that SWALIMO is a political party yet its charter and structure define it is such.

The political parties are wondering as to why Gawuzela makes people to fill application forms and pay an affiliation fee if SWALIMO is not a political party.

They also wonder why he accepts individuals to join his SWALIMO if it is not a political party.

The pseudo umbrella body

They further feel that Gawuzela is taking them to be fools by saying all the political organisations can join SWALIMO yet he knows very well that there is the PPA under which all the parties affiliate.

The political organisations view this act by Gawuzela as disrespect of the highest order and an insult to their intelligence.

They have since agreed that Gawuzela should be isolated and banned from being associated or attending any events organised by the PPA.

Moreover, they want to isolate Gawuzela and his SWALIMO from activities of the Multi Stakeholders Forum (MSF) which is where the political organisations and other civic groups converge.

The decision to also explore barring Gawuzela and SWALIMO from the MSF has been taken after the PPA was informed by people close to the former MP that it is his strategy to recruit members of the other formations by pretending not to be a political party.

The gloves are off, and Gawuzela is on the receiving end for what the other formations deem as cult and populist practices by the self-proclaimed president of the pseudo umbrella body.

Also cited in their stern argument about Gawuzela has to do with the sad incident of his son losing his leg during a mysterious train accident a few years ago.

Conspiracies and rituals

This mysterious accident left many in the country astounded, the circumstances were very suspect and dumbfounding. “How can the son of Magawugawu lie in wait for an oncoming train?” is their big question. Members of the PPA believe that this was an occult sacrificial ritual aimed at ‘strengthening’ Gawuzela as per rituals dictated by a Mozambican inyanga he is strongly reliant on.

To add salt to injury, their conspiracy theory is fuelled by the sad reality of those that unfortunately lost their limbs, just like Gawuzela’s son, during the recent unrest. Some of these victims are members of these formations or were naïve citizens serving the formations’ agenda. This coincidence, in their view, confirms the cult nature of Gawuzela’s mission.

They say his belief in his magical powers has led him to even promote religious hate towards EmaSwati’s age-old sacred Incwala tradition, this, because of his own occult practices.

For this, through the PPA and MSF, they want to ensure that Gawuzela does not play a significant role in their agenda to rule EmaSwati. They argue that this is their mission, self-appointed as it is, and his cult tendencies put their mission in bad light with EmaSwati, who are seeing them as wolves in sheep skin, only obsessed with personal power.

RE-COLONISATION AGENDA
BY SABELO GABS NXUMALO

I want to caution emaSwati against thinking that multiparty politics is the answer to all our problems.
Multiparty politics is a western concept which has been successfully used by western powers to keep Africans at war with one another for decades, while they control our economies and resources.
Western powers have no tribal loyalties and have their own traditions and cultures which multiparty politics are based on. The conflicts below were all based on multiparty politics; so we should mix our blend of politics with the best version of their multiparty politics and our culture and traditions.

Rwandan genocide💢

A Hutu revolution in 1959 forced as many as 330 000 Tutsis to flee the country, making them an even smaller minority. By early 1961, victorious Hutus had forced Rwanda’s Tutsi monarch (king) into exile and declared the country a republic. In 1994 when the Rwandan genocide started, members of the Hutu ethnic majority murdered as many as 800 000 people, mostly of the Tutsi minority.

Mozambique cold war💢

The Mozambican Civil War was a 15-year proxy war between the Soviet backed Frelimo and United States backed Renamo led by André Matsangaissa and later Alfonso Dhlakama. It was estimated that one million Mozambique citizens died during that conflict in a country which in 1990 had a population of 14 million. The US and Soviet Union played a role in the loss of African lives.

Cost of third force💢

Africans have allowed themselves to move away from their roots and culture, exposing themselves to foreign cultures which made them easy to manipulate and defeat. We are now weak people who feel that our children should learn a foreign language (English) before their mother tongue.
We feel proud that our children know English and speak broken siswati. The Japanese and Chinese think we are as foolish because they speak behind our backs in their own languages and continue to conquer the world.
Some western powers supported the apartheid regime in South Africa and did not assist the ANC during the struggle but today these powers control the South African economy, culture and every aspect of life.
As the drive for democracy in Eswatini intensifies there are forces who do not have the interest of emaSwati at heart but their own agendas. They don’t particularly hate emaSwati but they need us under their control all the time. So we must look out for the re-colonization agenda.
