The second EU–ITC Future Icons Launchpad empowered nine emerging MSMEs in the handicraft and artisanal food sectors through a dynamic year-long training and trade programme.

Implemented in partnership with House on Fire and the Government of Eswatini, the initiative strengthened entrepreneurship, enhanced competitiveness, and connected local artisans to real-world market opportunities.

Participants expanded their market reach through participation at MTN Bushfire and the Standard Bank Luju Food & Lifestyle Festival, where they gained practical insights into product-market fit, brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
