Partner organizations under the Multi-Year Resilience Programme [MYRP] are meeting in Juba to review and develop projections for MYRP Year 3 using lessons from the current year 2 so as to ensure every child in the selected locations gets access to inclusive quality education from a safe and protective environment.
The stakeholders attending the four-day planning workshop are also mainstreaming gender-inclusive education, mental health, and psycho-social support to teachers and learners, and highlighting best practices for enhancing quality education in South Sudan.
Through the Education Cannot Wait project, the Sudan Sudan MYRP aims at ensuring that out-of-school children in priority areas have flexible, responsive routes into learning opportunities, that support their transition into further levels of education and that support their holistic wellbeing and development.
