Be soft as a flower when it comes to kindness but tough as thunder when it comes to principle. Be courteous and polite at all times but never be pushed around. Ensure that you are always treated with respect.

1. Look into people's eyes no matter who they are.

2. Never respond immediately, wait a few seconds, and then respond coldly and briefly.

3. Don't show your weakness, don't let people use it against you.

5. Never appear stressed, always act calm.

6. Dress classy, always wear a watch.

7. Speak slowly. It shows your self-confidence in what you are saying.

9. Don't worry what someone thinks about you.

10. Willingly accept what is outside your control and do not respond to it.

11. Live your life. Create a vision of what you want and follow that no matter what.

12. Become strong in mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
