Worker requirements:
-Minimum 3 years working full time in Vegetable, Fruit, Cattle and Poultry farming (preferably a small or marginal farmer).
-Understand and speak Hindi, English (basic). Between 20 and 35 years.
-All activities from planting, harvesting and packing for sale of vegetables and fruits. Maintenance of stables and meadow, feeding, milking, egg collection and packing for sale.
-General farm and equipment maintenance.
-Able to undertake manual and heavy work.
-Able to handle animals with confidence and patience
-Ability to do planting according the method of System of Root Intensification (SRI) farming (well known to small and marginal farmers of Bihar).
-Physical strength and stamina.
-Height to be minimum 1.65 m.
-100% Health condition.
-Primary school certificate.
-Basic language skills (writing and reading): Hindi and English.
-No criminal records
-Married
Salary: USD 200 – 300.= per month (as per experience). 2-years contract.
