VLINC (Venture Launch Incubator) is a free incubation program for early-stage entrepreneurs with a business idea in Suriname who are building tech-enabled, digital, or creative ventures.

Through VLINC, selected founders receive structured incubation support, working with a personal mentor, a proven step-by-step methodology, and a peer community of fellow entrepreneurs, all designed to help them validate their idea, build a clear go-to-market plan, and gain the confidence to pitch and grow their venture.

What you get as a participant:

We are looking for early-stage founders, with a focus on women, youth, and entrepreneurs outside Paramaribo, who are ready to commit, take feedback, and grow their venture into a real business.

Your first step toward the AHA Career Pathway

The AHA Pre-Course is the first step in the selection process for the full AHA Career Pathway.

The pre-course helps applicants understand what the full pathway requires. It also gives participants the opportunity to start learning, complete practical assignments, and demonstrate their motivation, discipline, creativity, and ability to grow.

Participation in the pre-course does not automatically guarantee selection for the full AHA Career Pathway. It is part of the selection process.

July 2 to July 10: Online one-on-one candidate sessions
July 8: In-person progress meeting

Good news for emerging creatives.

We are extending the application deadline for AHA, Animation Hub Accelerator, to June 25.

We received strong interest from young creatives who want to explore animation, digital content, and creative technology. We also noticed that many applicants are still at the beginning of their animation journey.
That is why we are introducing a pre-course for people with little to no experience who want to start learning animation and discover whether they are ready to grow further in this field.

The pre-course will help participants understand the basics of animation, complete practical assignments, and show their motivation, creativity, discipline, and ability to learn.

After the pre-course, selected participants may be invited to continue into the full AHA pathway.

AHA is for people who want to take animation seriously and build toward a future in the creative digital industry.

Start your career in the international animation industry with AHA!

AHA, Animation Hub Accelerator, is a career pathway for selected creatives who want to develop the skills, discipline, and industry exposure needed to work in animation, digital content, and creative technology.

Through AHA, participants will receive industry focused training, work with professional software, complete practical assignments, receive mentorship, and become part of a production pipeline connected to Creative Tech Hub Caribbean and regional animation producers.

The program is built around our Learn.Work.Grow approach.

Learn the foundations and industry practices.

Work on practical assignments and approved outputs.

Grow toward freelance work, professional production opportunities, or startup development in the animation industry.

We are selecting participants who are ready to commit, receive feedback, meet deadlines, and grow toward international animation standards.

For the first cohort, only 15 participants will be selected.

Full scholarships are available for selected participants.

At Creative Tech Hub Caribbean, we believe that professional growth extends beyond technical expertise. We had the privilege of welcoming two interns from Université de la Guyane in French Guiana, creating an opportunity for meaningful cross-cultural exchange and learning.

As native French speakers working in an English-speaking professional environment, our interns have been actively strengthening their English literacy skills through daily workplace communication, collaborative projects, presentations, meetings, and content development activities. These experiences have contributed to their confidence and proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking English within a professional context.
