WASH Cluster Meeting hudur district

The Ministry of Water and Energy of the South West State Government today held an important meeting in Xudur aimed at strengthening cooperation and information sharing among agencies working with the Ministry in the areas of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH). The meeting was attended by humanitarian organizations, including , development partners, and officials from the Ministry.

This meeting is part of ongoing efforts to coordinate organizations involved in delivering essential public services — particularly those related to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene.

The meeting concluded with the agreement to organize a joint celebration plan for Global Handwashing Day.

The Ministry of Water and Energy reiterated its commitment to strengthening WASH services for the people of South West State in an effective, equitable, and impactful manner.
