Our Skills Empowerment Training is in full swing at Masampa Village, equipping young people with different practical skills they need to secure jobs, start businesses, and build a brighter future. We are tackling unemployment and reducing the unskilled workforce, paving the way for a more self-reliant and productive youth population in underserved communities.

We are open to partnerships and collaborations to scale this impact and reach even more young people in western area rural l, Ribbi and Bompeh Chiefdom. Let’s work together to create lasting change and transform more lives.

Ongoing skills training at Masampa Village, Ribbi Chiefdom, STEM Empowerment Center Satellite Campus is equipping over 45 youths with practical skills to become self-employed and self-reliant. Through this initiative, young people are gaining hands-on knowledge in vocational, and entrepreneurial skills that will open doors to opportunities and sustainable livelihoods. We are proud to be part of this journey towards youth empowerment and community development in Moyamba District.

Today is more than a celebration; it’s a reminder of our collective strength, resilience, and the ongoing fight for a world where all women and girls can thrive.

Whether in technology, Skills training, leadership, education, or entrepreneurship, we are shaping the future and proving that no dream is too big, no ambition too bold.

The Girls in STEM Initiative SL team today visited Masampa Village, Ribbi Chiefdom, in Moyamba District to meet with community stakeholders. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the establishment of the STEM Empowerment Center campus at the Moyamba District. The meeting was a vital step in fostering local support and collaboration for creating a space dedicated to empowering youths with the skills and knowledge needed for future success in technical skills.
