Dear Pupils of Sierra Leone,

As the new academic year begins on Monday, I want to warmly welcome each and every one of you back to school. This new chapter is an opportunity for growth, learning, and discovering your true potential. Whether you are returning to familiar classrooms or stepping into a new school for the first time, know that you are beginning a journey filled with exciting opportunities and new experiences.

Education is one of the most powerful tools you will ever have. It opens doors to knowledge, helps you dream bigger, and empowers you to shape your future. As you walk through the school gates, remember that you carry within you the potential to achieve great things. Your teachers, parents, and communities believe in you, and we are all here to support you every step of the way.

I encourage you to approach this year with an open mind, a curious heart, and the determination to do your best. Every lesson, every challenge, and every new thing you learn brings you closer to becoming the leaders, thinkers, and problem-solvers our world needs.
