We are deeply grateful to God for keeping this vision alive and for sustaining it through the years. This is only the beginning of what He is doing through God’s Spring Foundation.

Yesterday , God’s Spring Foundation organized its 7th Annual Evangelism and Outreach for children and teenagers.

This year’s outreach focused on the dangers of drug abuse, with the theme:
“Giving Hope, Sharing Love, and Preaching Christ.”

The program reached 100 teenagers aged 12–17 and featured an impactful counseling session highlighting the dangers of drug abuse. Our guest speaker, Jaden Ken, shared his powerful testimony as a former drug addict and how God, in His mercy, restored his life.

The session concluded with participants sharing key lessons they learned during the counseling.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to God for making this possible, the Councilor, Chief, and Stakeholders of the Kroo Bay community for their warm reception and support. Special thanks as well to everyone who contributed in diverse ways to make this outreach a success.

Meet our speaker for this year’s outreach:

Michael Tamba Komba, a recovering addict from Sierra Leone. Before his recovery, he was deeply trapped in drug and alcohol abuse. Addiction took away his opportunities, damaged his relationships, and almost cost him his life.

Through God’s grace, support, and a strong decision to change, he embraced recovery. Today, he is clean, sober, and living with purpose. Recovery has restored his hope, strengthened his faith, and given him a new vision for life.
He now sees every day as a second chance and a responsibility to live right.

After his recovery, he committed himself to drug abuse sensitization and community outreach. Through school tours, community programs, media engagements, and rehabilitation support, he stands as a living example that addicts do recover. His mission is to bring hope, awareness, and transformation to those still struggling and to help build a drug-free generation.

This year, we are taking the Gospel to the Kroo Bay community.

On Saturday, December 20, GSF will join the Chief, Councillor and other key Stakeholders of the community to organize a one-day counseling session for teenagers, focusing on the dangers of drug abuse and peer pressure.
