Zero Hunger Project

I am excited to highlight the amazing work of Africa Youth for Peace and Development(AYPAD), the Executive Director of Africa Youth for Peace and Development(AYPAD). During my time as Project Manager of the Zero Hunger Project, I witnessed firsthand his dedication to empowering communities in Sierra Leone through sustainable initiatives.

Philip Bangura and his team at Africa Youth for Peace and Development(AYPAD) are making remarkable strides with several impactful projects:

Agriculture Project: They have secured 5 hectares of land for their agriculture project, which will help feed children and generate income to sustain our activities.

AYPAD Piggery: They now have 25 pigs and plan to breed them until next year, then start selling to provide affordable meat to the community.

AYPAD Poultry: In response to the rising cost of eggs and chicken, they are building Chicken Coops for chickens to breed poultry, ensuring access to affordable eggs and chicken.

AYPAD Fish Farm: With fish being a high-demand commodity, they are constructing fish ponds to supply affordable fish to the market.

To fully realize these projects, they urgently need 10 bags of cement and roofing sheets to complete the stalls for their animals. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
