Over the weekend, the Sillah Improving Local Farming Association (SILFA) hosted an engaging in-person screening meeting as part of the selection process into the Hands-on Practical Training Program at Lokomasama, Portloko.
As part of the selection process, the screening event aimed at assessing mental resilience, physical capabilities, and verify documents submitted by applicants for the second cohort of the Training Program.
Our training program is designed to empower both male and female youths with practical skills in agriculture.
At SILFA Agricultural Company we are empowering a generation of young women in agriculture through our hands-on practical training program. An intensive four months practical learning experience on the farm.
