The general rule to change singular nouns to plural is to add "s".
But this is not enough, as the correct formation of plurals for nouns having different structures varies.
This presentation gives a technical insight on what we should take into consideration and what to do in the formation of plurals for nouns in English Language.

As a Human Resource, Administration and Development Management Professional, I candidly believe that even though English Language is not our mother tongue, it is very vital we give considerable attention to learning it, especially with the fact that it is our official language.
Its importance ranges from it being the teaching language in our academic institutions to the criterion of passing it at public examinations like WASSCE being a prerequisite for entrance into university, right through the fact that it is a vital element in passing a job interview and or negotiating and transacting business, snd it being a key element in for a sound presentation and a Key Performance Indicator.
I therefore invite you to join me in putting heads together and share ideas as we help build up our beloved Sierra Leone, especially in this time of trials when most of our pupils and students are at home.
