“ If you are working for anybody , if all they give you are promises then leave . Many rich people do this . They tell you how they will change your life , you understand and stay calm and at the end they don’t pay you . You were not that worried cus you knew they had money and will pay . Truth is your salary is nothing to them and they can easily see it as nothing. The reward to work is a good pay . These people who work for us have families . These hustlers in the streets have a family . It is so wrong to stay with their money 💰. If you are a young man or woman under someone , don’t let them use promises and tie you down . When it will get better , they will look for different people . Cherish every worker under you . I even try to pay my workers before time . They are doing great and I should be great to them .
