As the year comes to a close, we’re quietly wrapping up yet another unforgettable sailing season. 2025 began early — in the first days of March — with a hint of ice and snow still framing our wake. ❄️ Spring was spent unhurried on Lake Vättern, 88 meters above sea level, before May carried us westward through the Göta Canal into Vänern and onward along the Swedish west coast. From there, we continued north — exploring the magnificent Norwegian coastline and sailing deep into some truly powerful fjords. 🌊⛰️ The return took us via the Danish Limfjorden, eventually bringing us back home to Vättern. Just a month later, we headed west once more, slipping back into Vänern — where the season quietly came to an end. Along the way, we logged 144 nights on board, and closed the season with 2,703 nautical miles in the logbook. 144 nights on board · 2,703 NM · One unforgettable season Now, the countdown has begun. Båtbyggaren Rosättra båtvarv, som bygger Linjettbåtar, har flyt just nu. Under nästa år lanseras en ny modell, Linjett 36, en lite kortare variant som även passar barnfamiljer.
– Det är nog inte omöjligt att vi kan bygga 100 båtar av modellen, säger vd:n Daniel Gustafsson.⤵️
