Baws Collective
Female collective power, personal growth
Not just a network. A movement.
💡Business, sisterhood, collective power and personal growth📍Sweden → 🌍 Global
LeNoir emerged with the goal to challenge the standards of the modern Swedish media and the world of culture, fashion/beauty-, and entertainment industry.
Recently, we gathered to celebrate . What was planned as a luncheon became something much bigger.
We shared food, stories, dreams, laughter, lessons, business ideas and hopes for the future. We stayed long after the official program had ended because nobody wanted to leave. And perhaps that’s the greatest sign of all that something special happened.
Throughout the afternoon we reflected on freedom, legacy and becoming. We wrote letters to our future selves and the sister next to us, celebrated our wins, spoke honestly about our challenges and explored the first pages of The Book of Becoming. At one point, the conversation naturally evolved into an impromptu pitch session where sisters shared their businesses, creative projects and visions with one another.
But beyond the food, gift bags and activities, something else happened.
A recurring theme throughout the day was rest. The radical act of allowing ourselves to enjoy life.
At one point I jokingly said, “we too deserve to look cute, be stress free and drink champagne on a yacht.”
Everyone laughed.
Then the conversation turned serious.
Because beneath the joke was a truth many of us recognized. Black women are often expected to carry, nurture, solve, survive and sacrifice. We are taught resilience but rarely given permission to simply enjoy.
Our Juneteenth luncheon reminded us that joy is not frivolous. Rest is not laziness. Pleasure is not a reward we must earn through suffering.
We deserve friendship.
We deserve softness.
We deserve adventure.
We deserve peace.
We deserve pure love.
We deserve safety.
We deserve freedom.
To everyone who joined us, thank you for making this gathering what it became.
For those who missed it, don’t worry. More is coming.
The Baws Co summer cruise.
The Montenegro retreat.
And many more moments designed for connection, growth, freedom and joy.
Because becoming doesn’t happen alone. And neither should celebrating.
Freedom. Legacy. Becoming.

Our toastmaster herself, the one and only honorable at the luncheon that started everything 👏🏾. Who’s ready for the next chapter?! Tickets are now available for our epic Juneteenth celebration ✨.
This year we gather on the 13th of June and seats are unfortunately very limited. The space is only available for black sisters to reconnect, recharge and celebrate 🎉
This is where we started. Please join us in the community of black bold ambitious women celebrating each other, ourselves and those that came before us.
Last year we started something very intentional and needed. We created a space that not only black women needs but all women. We have come together almost every month after that to share, learn, enjoy and grow. Together, always together. As individuals and a community. Over a hundred women of all ages, cultures and backgrounds are already in the ecosystem of Baws collective, let’s grow it even more.
This year has been the sweetest journey of which so many friendships and businesses has emerged. Jobs has been created and offered within this space and a ecosystem of women lifting women has grown naturally out of pure intention and commitment. Women from around the country and soon the world are joining the movement and the cause of improving the lives, opportunities and paths for women.
And it all started here. On Juneteenth 2025. A celebration of and for black women. All thanks to the encouragement and support of and 🫶🏾
