Shift of paradigm
HR&S has developed practical strategies for empowering international equal partnership social enterprises and for transforming un-recognised local research findings, innovations and small businesses to profitable businesses. We enable access to products and service requested for by the local community, employment opportunities and social security through providing tax income to the government. We operate in Sub-Saharan Africa and offer coaching on consultancy basis and ensure scientific evidence of social impact. We also enter into social business partnership with African enterprises. HR&S is facilitating a shift in paradigm where aid dependency is replaced by international equal partnership.
