I min roll som Ad & Content Creative brottas jag ofta med perfektionism. Men för att bygga ett framgångsrikt varumärke har jag insett att man faktiskt gynnas av att inte ta sig själv på så stort allvar.

Kanske kontroversiellt, men jag tycker att en underskattad marknadsföringsskill är att våga släppa på perfektionen. Missförstå mig inte – snyggt och polerat material är viktigt. Men det absolut viktigaste är att skapa, skapa, skapa – och för guds skull, publicera det du skapar!

Här är tre ledord jag arbetar efter, både som fotograf och Ad & Content Creative:

1️⃣ Skapa – Allt behöver inte vara perfekt. De idéer du har liggandes på hög – skapa dem! Om DU inte gör det, kommer någon annan att göra det.

2️⃣ Testa – Blanda proffsigt producerat material med enklare innehåll, och våga testa nya idéer och format.

3️⃣ Publicera – Det du skapar gör ingen nytta på en hårddisk. Våga publicera, analysera och lär dig av responsen.

Tell us about your new role at Awelin!
- “In my role at Awelin, I’m focused on fueling the company’s growth by integrating strategic sales, marketing, and relationship-building efforts. Collaborating with my talented colleagues allows us to combine our expertise and drive impactful results, ensuring we effectively meet our clients’ needs and achieve our goals.”

What is the best thing with Awelin so far?
- “The best thing about working at Awelin is the amazing team. My colleagues have a real passion for our clients products and businesses, which makes for a collaborative and lively atmosphere. We’re all about supporting each other’s growth, sharing knowledge, and having a great time while we work.”

What do you prefer to do outside of work?
- “Outside of work, I’m passionate about golf, Tennis and motorsports. I also love exploring art and design, and spending time outdoors helps me unwind and recharge.”

Meet Åsa Järviken – our newest superstar at Awelin! 🚀

With previous experiences from Beet agency, Åsa will be an important part of our Digital Marketing Team, joining us as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.

We asked Åsa a couple of questions, so you could get to know her a bit better:

Tell us about your new role at Awelin!
I’m a Digital Marketing specialist. My tasks include both the strategic and operative aspects of digital marketing within SEM and Paid Social platforms.

What is the best thing with Awelin so far?
So far it has to be all the colleagues who welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like an important part of the team. Other nice things include exiting clients, cute office dogs and very good fika.

What do you prefer to do outside of work?
When I’m not at work you’re most likely going to find med at the gym or in my couch with a ps5 control in my hands.

Alexandra's journey to this role has been nothing short of remarkable, driven by her innate competitive spirit from a young age. It's no surprise, considering her impressive background in sports, which includes figure skating, tennis, mountain biking, slalom, and football, that her role as Sales Manager fits her like a glove.

Being at Awelin for over a month now, we’ve asked what her favorite thing about Awelin is thus far. ”The adorable office dogs, without a doubt!” And we can only agree.
