Say hello to Pia Sjöholm! A cartoonist and visual artist joining our all comics special on Saturday!

As a cartoonist, she has had comics published in Galago and Mal Magasin. She is particularly interested in storytelling with elements of pop-up techniques and origami, which she explores in the fanzines she creates.

Her latest fanzines have won the audience award for best fanzine at Stockholms Internationella Seriefestival two years in a row. In her work, she aims to capture the unusual in the ordinary and the ordinary in the unusual.
