Last spring I started a small Pilates group for expats and (slightly innocently) posted about it thinking no one would want this…I was blown away by the response.
Since then it’s grown into a really lovely group of expats who want to move, connect and feel part of something.
I’m running the course again this spring during April and May and would love to welcome some new faces 🤍

✨ The Pilates Method – 4 Week Course ✨��📍 Tysta Gatan 9, Östermalm | Limited Spaces
Not just reformer. Not just a workout.
This is a 4-week introduction to the full Pilates method in a fully equipped studio — reformer, chair, tower/cadillac, barrels & mat (Each week focuses on a different piece of apparatus ).
Train in a small group (max 3) with hands-on guidance, real time feedback and a level of personal training you won’t find in regular classes.
