This one popped up in my photo library today. Almost forgot about it. Incredible artwork from

Try this before your next handstand session.
1️⃣ Grab a thin/light resistance band.
2️⃣ Place the band around your feet and hold it overhead.
3️⃣ Elevate the scapula and push the band up.
4️⃣ Externally rotate the shoulders at the top.
This drill reinforces all the important cues for a handstand.
- Extended elbows
- Elevated scapula
- Shoulder external rotation
- Posterior pelvic tilt
- Closed ribs and torso
Complete 8-10 reps with a 3s hold on each rep. Do 1-3 sets depending on what works best for you.
